The DEBI
Evaluation Field Guides provide evaluation information specific to
evidence-based interventions that have been shown to be effective in
changing HIV risk behaviors with certain populations and under certain
conditions.
CDC supports the dissemination of evidence based
interventions through its Diffusion of Effective
Behavioral Interventions (DEBI) program. This means that because
efficaciousness has already been demonstrated, organizations do not need
to engage in outcome evaluations when implementing these
interventions.
